Coupon (discounts) manager
Following your requests, we have added multiple options to coupon management.
You can now determine precisely when the coupon is valid or to which rate it applies. Check it out.
Pickup report
We significantly improved the pickup report which allows you precisely track how your hostel is acquiring bookings, for which periods in the future and how it compares to the past dates.
Group bookings optimization
We have worked with few hostels to improve the performance of functionality related to group bookings. Such activities as:
- deleting bookings
- adding rooms
- editing prices in bookings
should now work significantly faster. Further works are in progress. Thanks for your help.

In next months, you will be introducing FrontDesk Master to dozens new customers. Some of them will contact you directly, some of them will be contacted (email or called) by you initially. You will demo the system (mostly online, rarely on site), explain its functionality and act as en expert who helps the user understand the benefits. Finally, you will help implementing the system at the ho(s)tel reception. You will be talking to many people from Latam and Europe, you will answer 3 billion questions and show people that you are their best friend they can always count on. They will love you and your work and they will join the vast group of FDM users.
