Free AirBnB XML Channel Connection

Hi Everyone!

Yet another exciting news!

Now you can get a free Airbnb XML channel connection until October 2021.

What’s the difference between XML and iCal connection?

iCal Connection is limited:

  • Airbnb downloads information from the system in hourly intervals – the updates are not immediate
  • Reservations enter the system without the information about prices, not guests number (the reservation will have price 0 and always 1 guest, you can add the details manually in the system)
  • Automatic modifications and cancellations are not supported

Whereas The XML connection supports full synchronization between Airbnb and FrontDesk Master. It means that the system will update availability, rates, Minimum Stay restrictions, and it will manage modifications and cancellations automatically. The updates are immediate, there is no delay in retrieving bookings or synchronizing availability or rates.

¡Ahora pueden obtener una conexión de Airbnb XML gratuita hasta octubre de 2021!

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre la conexión Airbnb XML y iCal?

La conexión iCal es limitada:

  • Airbnb descarga información del sistema en intervalos de una hora- las actualizaciones no son inmediatas
  • Las reservas entran al sistema sin la información sobre precios, número de huéspedes (la reserva tendrá precio 0 y siempre 1 huésped, pueden agregar los detalles manualmente en el sistema)
  • No se admiten modificaciones y cancelaciones automáticas

Mientras la conexión XML admite la sincronización completa entre Airbnb y FrontDesk Master. Significa que el sistema actualizará disponibilidad, tarifas, restricciones de Estancia Mínima y gestionará las modificaciones y cancelaciones de forma automática. Las actualizaciones son inmediatas, no hay demora en la recuperación de reservas ni en la sincronización de disponibilidad o tarifas.

Qual é a diferença entre a conexão Airbnb XML e o iCal?

A conexão iCal é limitada:

  • O Airbnb baixa informações do sistema em intervalos de uma hora – as atualizações não são imediatas
  • As reservas entram no sistema sem informação de preços, número de hóspedes (a reserva terá o preço 0 e sempre 1 hóspede e você pode adicionar os dados manualmente no sistema)

Enquanto a conexão XML suporta sincronização total entre o Airbnb e o FrontDesk Master. Isso significa que o sistema atualizará a disponibilidade, as taxas, as restrições de estadia mínima e gerenciará automaticamente as modificações e cancelamentos. As atualizações são imediatas, não há demora na recuperação das reservas ou na sincronização das disponibilidades ou tarifas.

Now you can charge your guests directly from the booking engine. Decide how much you want to charge in advance!

Google Meta Search

Give your guest the possibility of booking directly from Google by connecting your property to Google Hotel Ads and create campaigns for your property!

Many people when they look for accommodation they start with Google search or Google Maps. Google Hotel Ads is a metasearch platform which gives an alternative way of booking. Google displays your booking engine prices in direct comparison with other OTAs. Let’s say a guest makes a general search like “Hostels in Prague”. He will see a map with properties in the chosen city, with their prices and availability.
